Satellite imagery from June 19 shows fresh damage at the Moscow refinery. At least two tanks burned out completely, another was heavily damaged, and two more show visible signs of fire or impact. A bitumen production area, including the loading rack for bitumen trucks, was also likely partly burned, while technical racks suffered serious damage.
