Twenty five people were injured and a 23 year old policewoman was killed. Zelensky said the perpetrators were recruited via Telegram and that investigators are analyzing all circumstances.

A church was damaged in Kyiv region and residential buildings were hit in several regions. In Sumy region three people were killed after a Russian drone struck an ambulance, he said. US special envoy Steve Witkoff said a meeting between Putin and Zelensky could happen within the next three weeks. In an interview with Fox News, he said Donald Trump might also take part. Witkoff said he and Jared Kushner are optimistic their proposed initiatives could narrow differences and lead to a summit.
