❗️Ukraine has not yet submitted signed contracts for Patriot interceptors to the European Commission, preventing related payments from the €90 billion Ukraine Support Loan for now. Commission spokesman Balazs Ujvari said the interceptors were approved only last week and payments can proceed after the contracts are received and reviewed. Ukraine’s 425th Skelia Regiment broke through Russian positions to reach and extract troops of the 159th Brigade who had been encircled, some after spending up to 11 months on their positions. The regiment said its assault troops cleared a route through Russian positions and brought out 21 Ukrainian servicemen without suffering losses during the operation.
