The Kremlin dismissed Zelensky’s decree allowing Moscow’s May 9 parade, calling it “clownery” and a “circus.” The comment followed Ukraine’s stated exclusion of Red Square from its weapons plan during the event from 10:00 Kyiv time, a move Kyiv linked to US-mediated talks and the planned 1,000-for-1,000 POW exchange.

❗️Belgium’s Defence Ministry plans to deliver all 53 remaining Belgian F-16s to Ukraine by 2029, with the transfers tied to the phased arrival of F-35s replacing Belgium’s current fleet. The indicative schedule lists 7 jets in 2026, including 4 already decommissioned and used for training Ukrainian technicians, followed by 5 in 2027, 14 in 2028 and 27 in 2029.
