Russia’s strike on Dnipro killed 1 person and wounded 11 others, regional authorities said. The casualty toll followed a daytime missile attack on the city that also caused damage to civilian infrastructure.
Russia attacked Dnipro in daytime with five Kh-59/69 missiles, and Ukraine’s East Air Command said air defenses shot down four. Another missile was diverted off target by Defense Forces, but debris from one intercepted missile fell on civilian infrastructure.
SSO confirmed a strike on a Karakurt missile ship carrying eight Kalibr missiles and the Primorsk oil terminal in Russia’s Leningrad region overnight. The joint raid with SBU, HUR, USF and border guards hit targets about 1,000 km from Ukraine.

Zelensky said Ukrainian forces struck another Russian Kalibr carrier in a joint operation against Primorsk port. He said a Karakurt missile ship, a patrol boat, a shadow fleet tanker, and key oil port infrastructure were all hit, further cutting Russia’s war potential.
