Artem Martynenko, an IT specialist and architect of Ukraine’s DELTA battlefield management system, has reportedly been appointed deputy commander for digitalization under Mykhailo Drapatyi, Hromadske reports, citing three Ukrainian Defense Forces sources. Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces say Operation “Crimean Switch Off” has targeted 412 energy nodes across Russia and Russian-occupied Ukrainian territories between July 6 and September 22.
