Russia struck an oil and gas facility in Ukraine’s Poltava region with a salvo of five ballistic missiles, effectively destroying it, according to Naftogaz. The facility had already been out of operation following previous Russian attacks that disabled its equipment. Naftogaz says the latest strike caused a critical level of damage, making restoration of the facility effectively impossible.

Ukraine’s General Staff says Ukrainian forces struck an attack-drone storage, preparation and launch site near Tsymbulova in Russia’s Oryol region. At least three UAV storage buildings caught fire, while a jet-powered drone launch site and five launchers were damaged in the September 21 strike.
