Ukraine’s General Staff says strikes by Ukrainian forces in April and on May 1 caused more than $300 million in damage to Tuapse port infrastructure and the Tuapse refinery.

Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces also confirms strikes on the Kirishi refinery in Leningrad region and VNIIR-Progress in Cheboksary. Kirishi processes 20–21 million tons of oil per year and is one of Russia’s three largest refineries. VNIIR-Progress produces GNSS receivers, antennas and Kometa navigation modules used in Kalibr, Kh-69, Iskander-M, Shahed, Orlan-10, Forpost and guided bomb kits.

Ukraine’s SBU and other forces struck the Kirishinefteorgsintez refinery and Kirishi oil pumping station in Russia’s Leningrad region. SBU drones hit 3 AVT units responsible for primary oil processing at the refinery, where a fire is ongoing. A petroleum products tank was also hit on the territory of the Kirishi oil pumping station.
FIRMS data has picked up a large fire at the Kirishi Oil Refinery. Overnight, Ukrainian drones were reportedly active. The refinery has an annual output of 10 million tons.
