Ukraine’s Neptune cruise missile has now been verified in strikes on 26 Russian targets using at least 31 missiles, according to Dnipro OSINT analysis. Confirmed targets include warships, arms factories, oil infrastructure, logistics hubs, ferries, and military facilities.

A drone attack set the Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat refinery in Russia’s Bashkortostan on fire. The facility is one of Russia’s largest oil-processing complexes and handles about 10 million tons of oil per year.
Zelensky said Ukrainian forces struck a refinery in Bashkortostan, about 1,300 km from the front, and the Afipsky refinery in Krasnodar region. He also confirmed hits on a patrol ship and a shadow fleet tanker near Gelendzhik, plus 3 tankers in the Sea of Azov.
❗️BREAKING: Ukraine’s Navy sank the Russian FSB patrol ship Izumrud near Novorossiysk using a Sargan-3000 uncrewed surface vessel. The ship took part in Russia’s 2018 attack on Ukrainian naval vessels in the Kerch Strait. Crew members were killed and wounded.
