Residents of Russian-occupied Oleshky are facing severe food shortages, with reports of civilians being forced to eat grass and weeds, Ukraine’s FM Sybiha says. Medicine, clean water, electricity and medical care are also becoming increasingly unavailable, including for children. Sybiha blamed Russia’s occupation for the humanitarian crisis and called on the UN, ICRC and other international organizations to secure immediate humanitarian access and safe evacuation.
