Dronebomber analysis says Moscow has rapidly expanded a four-ring air defense network since May 2026. Around 250 air defense and radar positions are confirmed across the Moscow region, while the real total is estimated at more than 350. About 24 new Pantsir towers were built in roughly two months, with added positions near refineries, substations, Vnukovo Airport and Putin’s residence. Despite the density, drones are still reaching targets, though many are intercepted.
