The Kremlin says it does not consider Zelensky’s “on a missile” response to Russian journalists a refusal to visit Moscow. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said he had not heard Zelensky reject the invitation, noting that the Ukrainian president is making numerous statements on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. On a ceasefire, Peskov reiterated that Russia says it seeks a peace settlement rather than a temporary truce.
